I believe counselling should feel real, comfortable, and human — not awkward, intimidating, or overwhelming. Life can be heavy, messy, and confusing at times, and you don’t need to have the “right words” or everything figured out to begin.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can speak openly, be yourself, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work through it together in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and practical. I focus on helping you better understand yourself, your patterns, and what’s getting in the way — while also building tools you can actually use in everyday life. I’m not here to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. I’m here to support growth, clarity, and meaningful change in a way that fits your life.
